PalUp User Rules

PalUp offers a program that allows you to interact with a personalized chatbot (“Avatar”) via text and multimedia. To provide a safe and healthy experience for our users, we have a few rules (“User Rules”) that we want to make sure you understand so that you and others have a safe and comfortable experience using PalUp.  

The User Rules listed below apply your use of PalUp services, including websites located at https://palup.ai/ (“the Site(s)”), the PalUp mobile applications (the “App(s)”), the subscription plans (the “Plan(s)”), or any other websites, pages, features, or content owned and operated by us that direct to these Rules (collectively, the “Service(s)”).  By using our Services, you agree to follow these User Rules and you consent to our User Terms of Service, and any other relevant terms and conditions, which may be updated from time to time.

Violation of the User Rules may result in permanent account suspension; removal of your User Content; removal of any User Content published in the Marketplace; and notification of law enforcement if we believe there is a genuine risk of physical harm or a direct threat to public safety.

When you use our Services, you agree that:

1. You will not use or repurpose our Services, including information generated from the Services (“Output”) to harm yourself or others.

2. You will not perform or facilitate activities that may significantly impair the safety, wellbeing, or rights of others.

3. You will not upload, share, create any content or generate any Output to provide tailored legal, medical/health, or financial advice.

4. You will not upload, share, create any content or generate any Output to promote or encourage suicide or self-harm.

5. You will not upload, share, create any content or generate any Output that includes bullying, blackmailing, or insulting content, hateful content.

6. You will not upload, make efforts to or generate explicit or suggestive content.

7. You will not upload, share, create or generate malicious contents on race, sex, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, and religion.
8. You will not perform or facilitate activities that threaten violence, harassment or express the intent to stalk or incite others to harmful action.

9. You will not share Output from our Services to impersonate another individual or organization without consent or legal rights.
10. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations at all times.

11. You will not upload to PalUp another individual’s name, image, persona, or likeness without their permission.

12. You will respect other people’s copyrights, trademarks, rights to publicity, and other legal rights, which means you will not upload to PalUp someone else's copyrighted or trademarked content unless you have been expressly authorized to do so.  
13. You will not impersonate or portray your Avatar in a manner that misleads, confuses or deceives others.

14. You will not share, create any content or generate any Output from the Services:

• To defraud, scam, mislead, or manipulate others to cause physical, mental or financial harm to others.
• To disrupt our Services or drive traffic or attention to unrelated accounts, products, services, or initiatives.
• That includes sexual content, including but not limited to  pornography, sexual violence, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, prostitution, escort services, sexual massages, filmed sexual activity or any explicit sexual content.
• That includes any gratuitously violent or graphic content, such as child or animal abuse, or bodily harm.
• That mentions the making or use of explosives/weapons, or displays intent to commit violence against a specific or an identifiable target;
• That includes other people's private information without their express permission. Private information includes but is not limited to bank account or credit card details, social security or other national identification numbers, private addresses and locations, non-public phone numbers and emails, videos and images, digital identities, passwords, medical/psychological, biometric, or genetic details, or other information that may be used to personally identify another individual.

• That is illegal or that can be used in furtherance of illegal activities or services, including:
• counterfeit goods and services;
• drugs and controlled substances;
• human smuggling or trafficking;
• products made from endangered or protected species;
• sexual services;
• gambling, betting or wagering activities;
• unauthorized multi-level marketing businesses;
• stolen goods; or
• content related to weapons.

15. You will not register accounts for disruptive or abusive purposes, or mass register accounts systematically or through programs. Mass account creation may result in suspension of all related accounts.
