  • What happens after the submission of the copyright report to PalUp?
Sometimes, we might respond to your report and ask for more information. If you receive a message or email from our team, you should respond directly to that message or email. Your response will be received by our team so that they can continue to look into your report. PalUp is not in a position to adjudicate disputes between third parties and may not be able to remove the content or suspend the account you reported. As an alternative, you may want to contact the person who posted the content or owns the account to try to resolve your issue directly. If we decide to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content, we will notify the affected user(s) and provide them with a full copy of the copyright owner’s report, including the provided contact information, along with instructions on how to file a counter-notice. The affected user(s) may contact you with the information you provide.
