• What are AI Influencer Agents?
  AI Influencer Agents are digital extensions of real influencers, designed to reflect their unique voice, tone, and expertise. Trained on the influencer’s public content—such as social posts, videos, websites, and product mentions—the Agent engages fans in authentic, personalized conversations. It does not post or make changes on behalf of the influencer but draws from existing content to provide relevant responses and recommendations.
  
  PalUp created these Agents to help influencers scale engagement without losing their personal touch. Unlike traditional social media managers, AI Influencer Agents understand an influencer’s full content history and style, enabling consistent, contextual interactions with every fan.
• How do I create my own AI Influencer Agent?
  Sign up and bring your AI Agent to life in just minutes. Simply link your social media accounts, such as Instagram or YouTube so it can learn from your posts and videos, and you're ready to start earning!
  
  If you’d like to make any edits to your Agent’s name, photo, link your other social media accounts, tap on AI Agent in the left-hand menu.
• How many AI Influencer Agents can I create?
  Each account allows the creation of one AI Influencer Agent upon signup.
• Can everyone see my AI Agent?
  Go to the Availability section in the AI Agent dashboard to set whether your AI Agent is visible only to you or open for everyone to see and interact with.
• Can I edit my AI Agent after it has been reviewed?
  To make changes, just tap the edit icon in the chat space and update the details you want to modify. Your changes will be reviewed again.
• What happens during the review process, and how long does it take?
  We review all AI Agents to ensure they comply with the PalUp Platform Guidelines for respectful and appropriate behavior. You will be notified if any adjustments are needed.
• Can I delete my AI Influencer Agent?
  Currently, PalUp does not offer a direct option to delete an AI Influencer Agent. However, you can:
  
  • Edit: Overwrite your existing Agent’s details (e.g. documents) to create a new one.
  
  • Clear History: Delete your chat history with the Agent. Deleting chat history does not erase the Agent’s settings.
  
  • Private: Set your AI Agent to private mode to prevent public access. Contact support@palup.ai for further assistance with account management.
• What happens if my linked social media accounts don’t have original content?
  If your linked accounts contain non-original content or violate copyright policies:
  
  • Your eligibility for monetization may be revoked. This also affects the Agent you created, as it relies on your original content to reflect your unique voice.
  
  • PalUp’s reviewers will notify you of the issue, and you can revise your linked content.
  
  • Repeated violations may lead to account suspension.
• Why was my AI Influencer Agent rejected?
  Your AI Influencer Agent may be rejected if it violates PalUp Platform Guidelines, such as:
  
  • Inappropriate content detected from your social channel posts (e.g., offensive language, explicit material).
  
  • Copyright infringement (e.g., using unlicensed images or content).
  
  • Misleading or harmful behavior found in your own social content (e.g., impersonation or unsafe advice). Our Agents do not generate harmful content, but we review your shared content.
  
  If rejected, your AI Agent will appear as “on a break” to fans, and you’ll receive a notification with details. You can revise and resubmit your AI Agent for review.
• Can I customize my Influencer Agent’s responses?
  Your AI Influencer Agent learns from the information you provide, but you can’t manually change or edit its replies.
• How do I know my AI Influencer Agent is engaging my fans?
  You can view insight reports directly in the Insights dashboard. These show how your agent is interacting with fans, such as the number of messages engaged, their locations, and top topics mentioned in the chats. These metrics help you understand what your fans are talking about and what they're interested in.
• What does my AI Influencer Agent do with my social media content?
  Your Agent uses your public posts to understand your voice, interests, and style so it can chat more like you. It won’t post anything or make changes—just learns from what you’ve already shared to feel more personal and real.
• Can I monetize from different AI Influencer Agents?
  No, you can monetize only one AI Influencer Agent per account.
• Can I preview or test my AI Influencer Agent before going live?
  Yes. After signing up with one of your social accounts, you can chat with your AI Agent to ensure it feels authentic knows your content. When you’re ready to go live, set your agent’s Availability to "Public" in the Agent Profile settings.
• Can my AI Influencer Agent send messages on its own to my social media accounts?
  No. Your AI Agent does not post or send messages on your behalf. It only responds within PalUp chatrooms when fans initiate a conversation, using your existing content to guide its responses.
• Is there a way to pause or hide my AI Influencer Agent?
  Yes. You can keep your AI Influencer Agent private by setting its Availability to "Private". This allows you to interact with it personally without making it visible to others.
• Can I control which topics my AI Influencer Agent talks about? Can I train my AI Agent to avoid certain topics?
  While you can’t set specific topic restrictions, your AI Influencer Agent stays aligned with the themes and tone of the content you provide. To shift its focus, update or link content that reflects your desired topics. You can also remove content to help guide future responses.
• What kind of content should I link to get the best results? What kind of content should I link to help my AI Influencer Agent sound more like me?
  Link public posts from platforms like Instagram or YouTube that showcase your tone, interests, and personality. Your AI Influencer Agent uses this content to better reflect your voice and style.
• Can I create an AI Influencer Agent without social media content?
  No, you won’t be able to create an AI Agent or enable monetization.
• How can I get more people to discover my AI Influencer Agent?
  Once set to public, your AI Influencer Agent is visible on the PalUp platform. You’ll also receive a unique shareable link to add to your social media bios or website. For greater visibility, promote your AI Influencer Agent in posts and engage regularly to stay active on fan feeds.
• Can I see which fans are talking to my AI Influencer Agent most?
  You won’t have access to personal user data, but you can view aggregated fan insights such as top locations and popular topics to help guide your content strategy.
• Do I get notified when someone chats with my AI Influencer Agent?
  Real-time notifications are not available currently, but you can track fan interactions through the Insights Dashboard.
• Does my AI Influencer Agent know when to refer fans to my actual social pages, merch, or content?
  Yes. Your AI Influencer Agent naturally references your linked socials, interests, and promotions based on your public content. It can recommend relevant tutorials, products, or videos to provide personalized fan engagement while promoting your content.
• What do fans see when they first message my AI Influencer Agent?
  Fans enter a one-on-one chat where your AI Influencer Agent introduces itself and engages using a tone that reflects your style.
• What happens when someone reports my AI Influencer Agent?
  If your AI is reported:
  
  1. PalUp reviews it for violations of our terms and policies.
  
  2. You’ll receive a notification with details and steps to revise your AI Agent if needed.
