• How do I monetize on PalUp?
  PalUp enables influencers to generate passive income by creating AI Influencer Agents that extend their personal brand. Using existing content, these Agents provide personalized fan interactions and scale engagement. Setup is quick, free, and requires no new content creation.
• How do I set up monetization?
  1. Sign Up with Social Media Account: Connect at least one social media account such as Youtube or Instagram.
  
  2. Set Up Payout Account:
  
  • In the Earnings tab, set up your payout account by simply tapping the Set up your payout account button.
  
  • Connect a Stripe Connect account to receive payouts (requires bank account details and verification).
  
  Note: Once you start earning from your first fan subscription, you have 180 days to set up your Stripe Connect account. If you don’t complete the setup within this period, your monetization status will become inactive, and you’ll forfeit and waive all rights to any unclaimed or future earnings until your account is set up.
• Who is eligible to monetize? Where is it available?
  Eligibility:
  
  • You must be 18 years or older.
  
  • You must have at least 1,000 followers on a social media platform such as YouTube or Instagram.
  
  • You are not eligible to monetize if you cannot legally open a Stripe Connected Account in jurisdictions supported by Stripe.
  
  • Your AI Influencer Agent must comply with our User Terms of Service and PalUp’s Platform Guidelines.
  
  • Publish original content—specifically, the content from your social media account that you have linked with PalUp—that does not infringe on any third-party copyrights.
  
  Note: Only influencers who are eligible to monetize will have access to the AI Agent, Insights, and Earnings tabs.
• How often can I change my subscription fee?
  Once set and confirmed, your subscription fee is fixed and cannot be changed. Please select your fee carefully to optimize earnings from the beginning.
• How can I track my earnings?
  Monitor your earnings through your Earnings tab, which shows earnings and payout history for easy financial tracking.
• When can I withdraw my earnings?
  On the 1st of each month, PalUp calculates your eligible revenue share from fan subscriptions made through your chatroom two months earlier and transfers the corresponding amount to your Stripe Connect account.
  
  For example, on March 1, your revenue share from January’s eligible subscriptions will be credited to your Stripe Connect account. You can then request a withdrawal from your Stripe Connect account anytime once your available balance reaches at least USD 100.
  
  PalUp does not process these withdrawals directly. The minimum payout amount and transfer timelines are determined by Stripe’s policies and may vary by country or currency.

  Notes: Payouts are securely processed through Stripe. Please ensure your Stripe account is fully verified to prevent any delays. PalUp does not apply additional fees for withdrawals; however, standard Stripe transaction fees may apply.
• What is the profit-sharing structure, and how are payments disbursed?
  • Profit Sharing: You earn a share of the total revenue generated by the amount of PalUp+ subscriptions through your chatroom. Your payout is calculated directly from the actual subscriptions paid by your users — the more subscribers you have, the more you earn.
  
  • Disbursement: Withdrawals are typically processed to your linked bank account typically within 5-7 business days.
  
  • Tracking: Monitor earnings, transactions, and payout history in the Earnings tab.
• How can I view and understand my approximate subscription earnings?
  To view your earnings, go to Earnings .
• Can I transfer my earnings to another account?
  Earnings are tied to your current account and cannot be transferred. This ensures accurate tracking and secure payouts. If you need to change your payout bank account, update your Stripe settings in Earnings.
• What happens if I switch my AI Agent to private?
  If you choose to switch your AI Agent to private or voluntarily terminate your account, your AI Agent will not be accessible by users anymore.
  
  Please ensure you follow PalUp’s monetization policies carefully—if termination is done in an ill manner, PalUp reserves the right to freeze your earnings and refund users accordingly. Contact support@palup.ai for assistance with termination disputes.
• What happens if PalUp changes the Monetization Policies?
  PalUp will notify you of any policy changes, including updates to the PalUp Monetization Policies, via email. Please keep your email address current in your account settings and review these updates to remain compliant and maintain eligibility to monetize.
