  • How can I change my payment method?
    To update your billing or payment information, go to Account > Payment & Billing > Add Payment Method.
  • How can I cancel my PalUp+ subscription?
    Web:

    To cancel, go to Account > PalUp+, then follow the pop-up prompts: Cancel Plan > Cancel Plan.

    iOS:

    Open the Settings app, tap your Apple ID at the top, then select Subscriptions to manage and cancel your PalUp+ plan.

    Android:

    To cancel, go to Account > PalUp+, then follow the pop-up prompts: Cancel Plan > Cancel Plan.
  • Can I cancel my subscription any time?
    Yes. Your account will be reverted back to the free version after the end of the current billing cycle.
  • How can I view my subscription billing history?
    To view your subscription billing history, go to Account > Payment & Billing. From there, you’ll see a list of your Billing Records.
  • I’ve cancelled my subscription, but I’m still being charged. What can I do?
    Please double check you’ve cancelled your subscription by going to the dashboard > Account > PalUp+. Email us at support@palup.ai for further assistance.
