- How do I change my language setting?To change your language settings in PalUp, select the language you prefer on the Home page. We currently support English, Chinese, Spanish, French, Japanese and Korean.
- How do I search my chat history?To search your chat history in PalUp, simply head to the Chats tab, where you can find all your chats with your AI Agents.
- How do I fix a hacked account?If you suspect your account has been hacked:
1. Contact support@palup.ai immediately.
2. Provide documentation to verify your identity (e.g., ID, account details).
3. PalUp’s team will review your case, secure your account, and help you regain access. To prevent hacking:
• Use a strong, unique password.
• Avoid sharing account details. - What platforms & devices are supported?Use PalUp on the web or on the go with our iOS and Android apps—available on the App Store and Google Play.
- How can I change my password?To change your password:
1. Open the PalUp app or web platform.
2. Go to Account Settings.
3. Click the Password button and follow the prompts to update your password. Ensure your new password is secure and not shared with others. - What happens if my account is terminated or if I voluntarily delete my account?If your account is terminated, you will no longer be able to access your PalUp account, nor entitled to receive any further or accrued revenue share, and your earnings may be withheld to refund subscribers.
