What is Brand+?
Brand+ is a monthly plan that allows you to give your followers or customers free messaging capacity up to the message limits included in your selected plan, without them needing to purchase a PalUp+ subscription to chat with your AI Agent.
What are vouchers for?
You can easily generate redeemable voucher codes to provide targeted, exclusive access to specific audience groups or individuals. These vouchers allow recipients to unlock free additional messaging capacity for your AI Agent—granting them extra interactions, queries, or usage without any cost—while keeping your core limits and pricing intact for everyone else. Vouchers are secure, trackable (usage limits).
Can I edit or remove a voucher?
You also cannot delete or remove a voucher entirely. However, you can disable it at any time to prevent further use or access while keeping the record intact for reference or auditing purposes.
This design helps maintain data integrity, tracking history, and compliance in systems where vouchers represent commitments, discounts, or redemptions. If changes are needed, the recommended approach is to create a new voucher instead.
Are Brand+ free messaging only redeemable by vouchers?
No, Brand+ free messaging is not limited to voucher redemptions only. Here's how it works:
• With the toggle enabled — If you turn on the “Free Messaging for Your AI Agent” option in your Brand+ settings, anyone can start chatting with your AI Agent immediately — no voucher required.
• With vouchers — You can also generate redeemable voucher codes to grant targeted or exclusive free messaging access to specific audiences you share your voucher with.
What are the messaging limits for Brand+ subscription plans?
•Promote: ~1,500 messages/month
•Engage: ~4,000 messages/month
•Crowd: ~8,350 messages/month
•Community: ~15,500 messages/month
•Volume: ~36,000 messages/month
A message refers to any statement, question, description, or reply sent to your AI Agent, with a maximum length of about 1,000 characters (approx. 150–250 words ).
